Processing for wig orders takes 7-10 business. If you place an order on a weekend processing time does not start until the following business day.
All orders are shipped DHL free or charge Please allow 24-72 hours before tracking movement on your package, giving DHL time to scan and update.
All wigs are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wig you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective wig, please contact us with details of the item and the defect.
Refunds (applicable only to defective product)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned wig. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
